Andrea Jo Ravan

Mrs. Andrea Jo Ravan, age 51, of Macclenny, Florida passed away, Monday, January 14 in the St. Vincent’s Riverside Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida following a brief illness. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida and had resided in Macclenny for the last 25 years. She worked as a data entry specialist for CSS construction Solution and Supply Company for the past three years and worked as a Deli Manager at Winn Dixie for 5 years prior. She attended Christian Fellowship Temple and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 32 years, Gilbert Ravan Jr. She is survived by her one son, Gilbert “Gil” Ravan III of Macclenny, Florida: Her father, Donnie (Pam) Gonzalez of Sanderson, Florida: Her mother, Susan Gonzalez of Yulee, Florida: Her maternal grandmother, Helen Leavins of Yulee, Florida: One sister, Donna (Josh) Lynn Nelson of Macclenny, Florida: One grandchild, Gavin Ravan:  Four sister-in-laws, Lori (Jeff) Thomas of St. George, Georgia, Julie (Tom) Apromollo of Macclenny, Florida, Jackie Carter and Tia (Mark) Kalina both of Jacksonville, Florida: 7 nephews, 2 nieces and countless friends also survive. A memorial service to honor the life of Mrs. Ravan will be held at 12 P.M. Saturday, January 19, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Griffis, Pastor of Cuyler Baptist Church, officiating. Visitation and gathering of the family will be from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M.
