Mrs. Hazel Darlene “Dolly” Robbins, age 73, of Macclenny, Florida died Sunday, Aug. 4, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Robbins was born in Jacksonville, Florida and resided in Macclenny, Florida since 2011. She worked as a receptionist with Cain & Baultman Flooring Company, Jacksonville, Florida for many years. She was a member of the Garden City Baptist Church, Jacksonville, Florida and enjoyed going to flea markets, the beach, watching Dr. Pol Vet., her dog “Armstrong” and her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Albert Robbins, Sr.: She is survived by one son, Thomas Albert Robbins, III of Jacksonville, Florida: Three daughters, Samantha Harden of Jacksonville, Florida, Angel (Robert) Gresham of Bluffton, South Carolina and Amanda (Danny) Kerr of Macclenny, Florida: one sister, Bonnie Watson of Sanderson, Florida: 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Robbins will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, Aug. 8, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Doyle Harper officiating. Final disposition will be by cremation. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 6 to 8 P.M.
