Eulis Yarbrough

Mr. Eulis “Papa Hoss” Yarbrough, age 80 of Sanderson, Florida passed away Saturday, November 18, in the St. Vincent’s Medical Center Riverside, Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Yarborough was born in Baxter, Florida and was a lifelong resident of Baker County, Florida. He worked for over 40 years for the paper bag mill in Yulee, Florida and was a member of the Pine Level New Congregational Methodist Church, Baxter, Florida. Mr. Yarborough enjoyed fishing, cutting wood, and helping children. Mr. Yarbrough is preceded in death by his parents, John and Emma Bennett Yarbrough. He is survived by one daughter, Miranda Yarbrough of Sanderson, Florida and three brothers, J.D. Yarbrough of Glen St. Mary, Florida, Everett Yarbrough of Lake City, Florida and James Yarbrough of Georgia. Funeral services to honor the life of Mr. Yarbrough will be held at 11 A.M., Wednesday, November 22 in the Pine Level New Congregational Methodist Church with Rev. Fred Raulerson, Pastor, officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, November 21 at the church.
