Mrs. Mildred Earlene “Becky” Frazier, age 74, of Fort White, Florida died Tuesday, May 8, in the North Florida Regional Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida following an extended illness. She was a native of Greenville, Tennessee and had resided in Providence, Florida before moving to Fort White, Florida in 1972. She had worked at Copeland Sausage Company, Alachua, Florida for many years and then became a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and worked at North Florida Regional Medical Center, Gainesville, Florida for over 17 years until her retirement. She was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church, Fort White, Florida and enjoyed flowers, vegetable gardening and reading. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Ralph and Essie Mae Masoner Witt. She is survived by her husband, Ruben T. “Buck” Frazier of Fort White, Florida: One sister, Audrey (Mike) Pope of Baneberry, Tennessee: One brother, Johnny (Teresa) Witt of Columbus, North Carolina: Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Frazier will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, May 11, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. James Richardson, Pastor of the Spring Hill United Methodist Church of High Springs, officiating. Interment will be in Fort White Cemetery, Fort White, Florida.
