Angela Fralick

Angela Nicole Fralick, resident of O'Brien, FL passed away on September 22nd, 2021 at Lake City Medical Center. Angela was born on February 17, 1986 to David and Dawn Fralick. She was a lifelong resident of Lake City, Florida and worked in the banking industry with 11 years at Columbia County Bank. Angie was known for her bright spirit, and strong will. She was an amazing mother to her sons Trent Treece (age 12) and Trevor Treece (age 8). Her life and legacy will be remembered through them. Angie was also a transplant advocate for the last 3 years, supporting others in their fight for life. She enjoyed taking her boys to Royal Springs and floating down the Ichetucknee River, as well as watching them play football. She is survived by her father David Fralick; sons Trent and Trevor Treece; sister, Lyndsie Trawick; nephew Jake Trawick, Jr. and niece Kendall Trawick; she was preceded in death by her mother Dawn Marie Fralick. A memorial service to honor the life of Ms. Fralick will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday, Sept. 30, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Pastor Romey Luke of Falling Creek Church officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 2 to 3 P.M. (One hour before services) at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME. 2659 S.W. Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida
