Mrs. Barbara Ann Butterfield, age 88 of Lake City, Florida passed away Friday, September 10th, in the Lake City Medical Center, Lake City, Florida following an illness. Mrs. Butterfield was born in 1932 in Barnet, Vermont. Until Mrs. Butterfields health started to decline, she was an active part in the Life Enrichment Center and greatly enjoyed doing her crafts (Crocheting and Canvas Works). More so, it brought her great pleasure in making hats, and bibs for the babies at the Pregnancy Care Center of Lake City, Fl. Because of this, the family is requesting for those who wish to send flowers or make donations to the family, to instead send donations to the Pregnancy Care Center - (Payable by Check) 130 N.W Hilton Ave; Lake City, Fl. 32055 (In Memo: In Memory of Barbara Butterfield). Mrs. Butterfield was a simple woman who loved God, her family, dogs, and her crafts

Predeceased by her grandson: Sgt Ryan A. D. Leonard his children: Devon, Ryan, Natasha and Katie Leigh Leonard.

Mrs. Butterfield leaves behind her son: (Richard M Smith) and daughter in law (Avis A. Smith), in addition to her granddaughters (Rachiel Petruzziello & Spicy Chapman), and great grandson (Ronan Reed). She also leaves behind her best-friend (Alice Hanna) whom has always been more like a sister than just a friend since 1970s. Mrs. Butterfield also leaves behind her son: (Robert Smith) and grandchildren: (Brandy Smith, Stormi A. Smith, and Blaze Smith, Michelle Smith Booth, Jammie Smith, Rob Smith, & Smitty/Shane Smith and granddaughter-in law Becky Smith) along with great grandchildren: (Brianna, Shane Jr, Avery)

Son, (Jimmy Smith), grandson (Charles Lord), and great grandchildren (Cole Lord, Cayden Lord, Nichole Bennett, Jake Emery, Hailie Lord).

Daughter, (Lynda Leonard) & son in law: (Bruce Leonard) and grandchildren (Melissa Sheldon, & Amy Frost) and great grandchildren: (Hannah Sheldon & Martin Sheldon), (Kyle Dion, Cody Gently, & Trent Frost).

Daughter, Lorna Smith and grandsons: (Lary & Nicholas Farmer)

Daughter, Bunnie/Theresa grandchildren:Christina Lafreniere & Alan Brock, great grandchildren: (Crystal Conn, Cameron Russell Lafreniere , Desiree LaFreniere, & Alexander Droz . Great-Great grandchildren: (Alissa Tellez-Conn, and Xexilia Tellez-Conn).
