Claudia Fay McKenzie

Ms. Claudia Fay McKenzie passed away at her home in Baldwin, FL Tuesday, November 16th and went to see her Lord and Savior at the age of 71. Ms. McKenzie was born and raised in Baldwin, Fl and continued to live there the rest of her life. She attended the Baptist Church of Baldwin.  Anyone that knew Ms. McKenzie knew she loved being with her family and was an excellent cook. She was also a seamstress and enjoyed movies and watching TV. Ms. McKenzie will be missed dearly.

Ms. McKenzie was preceded in death by her loving parents, Josie and Nellie Coger, brothers, William and Paul Croger, and sister, Josephine Roberts. She is survived by her brothers, Josie (Tamar) and Leonard (Carolyn) Coger and sisters, Celia Brown, Pauline Collins, Betty Brown, Phylessia Coger, Sandra Smalls, and Zelda (Gregory) Moore. She was also survived by many other family members and friends.

Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 4 to 6 P.M., Tuesday, November 23rd at the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home. Ms. McKenzie will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery in Jacksonville the following day, November 24th with Rev. Mazie Woodson-Glenn officiating.
