Mrs. Eliza Davis Pringle, age 81, of Glen St. Mary, Florida passed away on Friday, Feb. 24, in the St. Vincent's Riverside Hospice, Jacksonville, Florida following a long illness. Mrs. Pringle resided in Glen St. Mary, Florida most of her life. She was a homemaker and attended the Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church. She loved growing Koi goldfish, fishing, and loving her grandchildren. She was a very good mother and always put others first. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Pringle, Jr., her son, Walter "Mike" M. Pringle, her daughter, Lita Ann Creekmore, a brother, Wesley Davis, and her parents, Ira and Sadie Raulerson Taylor. She is survived her daughter, Lisa P. Miller of Glen St. Mary, Florida; her sister, Annette (Randy) Barber of Lake City, Florida; her brother, Andy Self of Glen St. Mary, Florida; her daughter-in-law, Sara Pringle of Glen St. Mary, Florida; Six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great, grandchild also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Pringle will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, March 1, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Griffis, Associate Pastor of Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church, officiating. Interment will be in Swift Creek Cemetery, Union County, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Wednesday (One hour before services) at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, U.S. 90 East, Macclenny, Florida.
