Mrs. Linda Gail Trimble, age 64, of Lake City, Florida passed away at her home in Lake City, Florida following a sudden illness. Mrs. Trimble was born in Macclenny, Florida and lived there most of her life until moving to Lake City, Florida ten years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Watertown Congregational Holiness Church, Lake City, Florida. She also worked as a waitress at the Waffle House in Macclenny and Lake City, Florida. She enjoyed gardening and growing her roses. She was preceded in death by two children, Angel Gail Griffis and David Eric Ufferman and her parents, Rev. Neil Starling and Ruby L. Hodges Starling. She is survived by her husband, Michael L. Trimble of Lake City, Florida; two daughters, Kimberly Lucille (Charles) Ellis of Lake City, Florida and Amanda Lynn (Joshua) Smith of Green Cove Springs, Florida; two sisters, Terri Ann (Rick) Miller of Orange Park, Florida and Kathy (Andy) Stafford of Lake City, Florida; four brothers, Neal (Dwana) Martin of White Springs, Fla., Lonnie (Penny) Starling of Keystone Heights, Fla., Mark Starling of Vermont and Donald (Patty) Brantley of Macclenny, Fla.; two step-children, Major Aaron (Margaret) Trimble of Killeen, Texas and Johnathon (Leta) Trimble of Summerville, South Carolina; Eleven grandchildren also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Trimble will held at 12 P.M. Friday, March 10, in the Watertown Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Randy Ogburn officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Lake City, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 11 to 12 P.M. Friday (One hour before services) at the church.
