Mary Frank Green

Mrs. Mary Frank Green, age 83, of Canton, Georgia died Monday, May 25th, in the Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain Hospice, Marietta, Georgia following an extended illness. Mrs. green was born in Hazlehurst, Georgia and moved to Macclenny, Florida in 1970 and then to Canton, Georgia, two years ago. She was the former owner of the Blue Haven and Hutto’s Restaurant’s in Maccclenny, Florida for many years. Mrs. Green was a member of the Macclenny Primitive Baptist Church and enjoyed her flowers and time spent with her children and grandchildren. She was the widow of the late Lawrence D. Green and Don Hutto. Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her parents, William Edward and Jennie Lee Conner Turner. She is survived by her daughter, Julie (Jimmy) Long of Woodstock, Georgia: two sons, Dennis (Terri) Hutto of Mccalla, Alabama and Donald Hutto of Middleburg, Florida: her step-son, Mike Green of Glen St. Mary, Florida: one brother, Pete Turner of Hazlehurst, Georgia: 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. green will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 29, in the Macclenny Primitive Baptist Church with Elder David Crawford, Pastor, officiating and assisted by elder Michael Green, her grandson. Interment will be in South Prong Cemetery, Sanderson, Florida. Visitation and gathering for the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the church. The family and church ask that everyone exercise social distancing at all of the services for Mrs. Green. Guerry Funeral Home, U.S. 90 East, Macclenny, Florida is in charge of arrangements.
