Mildred Yost

Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Yost, age 81, of Glen St. Mary, Florida died Thursday, June 10, at her home following an extended illness.  She was born in Sanderson,  Florida and lived in Glen St. Mary, Florida all of her life. She was a homemaker and member of the Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church. She enjoyed very much going to her church and being with her family.  She was preceded in death by her son, Richard E. Yost,  and her parents, Robert E. and Elsie Richardson Clark. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Carl E. Yost of Glen St. Mary, Florida: two daughters, Connie (Henry) Thornton of Starke, Florida and Heather (Paul) Thompson of Glen St. Mary, Florida: two sons, Duane Yost of Jacksonville, Florida and Chris (Teresa) Yost of Macclenny, Florida: Four grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren also survive. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Yost will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, June 14, in the Sanderson Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Oral Lyons, Pastor, officiating and assisted by Rev. Justin Griffis, Rev. Henry Thornton and Rev. Willie Crews. Interment will be in South Prong Cemetery, Baker County, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Monday (One hour before services) at the church.
