Mrs. Pamela Sue Underwood, age 59, of Macclenny, Florida, passed away on October 9, at St. Vincent’s Medical Center Riverside, in Jacksonville, Florida, after an extended illness. She was born on November 11, 1958 in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, to the late Charles Taladay II and Esther Delaney. She moved to Jacksonville, Florida and in 1989, to Macclenny. She worked in the auto parts industry, working for Moran’s Auto Parts as well as Napa Auto Parts in Macclenny. She loved riding motorcycles, especially Harley’s. She also enjoyed laying out by the pool and going to the beach. She loved her two dogs, Jesabelle and Harley D. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by both parents.
Mrs. Underwood is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, William Underwood of Macclenny, FL; two daughters, Stephanie (Billy) Weddle of Starke, FL and Tiffany (Sean) Schuchart of Jacksonville, FL; one son, Travis (Becky) Carter of Middleburg, FL; 8 grandchildren, Sam Griffis, Christina and Carissa Adams, Brittany, Shianne, and Hunter Schuchart, and Phoniex and Keaton Carter; two brothers, Ronald and Edward Taladay both of Ford City, PA.
A funeral to honor the life of Mrs. Underwood will be held Saturday, October 13, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home in Macclenny, FL. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 1:00 PM (one hour before services).
