Mrs. Patricia Fralick Moore, age 73, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2023 from a sudden illness. She spent her life caring for others. She retired from the VA Medical Center, as a nursing assistant, where she cared for our community’s veterans and families. After retirement, she cared for her sister and then her husband before their deaths. Mrs. Patricia raised two girls and cared for them with unwavering love and support. Her giving continued as she helped them raise families of their own. In the most recent years, she was helping to care for her great-grandchildren, which brought her great joy. Giving of herself and caring for others came so natural to her and it is that legacy that she leaves behind. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Luther and Virgie Fralick; her brother, Luther “Buddy” Fralick; her sister, Virginia Nettles; and her loving husband, Olan “Curly” Moore. She is also meeting in heaven her great-granddaughter, Isabel Guzman. She is survived by her children, Teresa (Dale) Goss of Lake City, Florida and Sandra Hall of Lake Butler, Florida; her grandchildren, Jessica (Rodrigo) Guzman, Cory (Amanda) Holtzclaw, Ashley (Cecil) Walker and Heather Holzclaw and her seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Peggy (Alan) Rowe of Lake City, Florida; one brother, Juanice (Goldie) Fralick of Wellborn, Florida also survives. A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Moore will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday, June 14, in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Rodriguez, Pastor of Southside Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Lake City, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. Wednesday (One hour before services) at GUERRY FUNERAL HOME, 2659 S.W. Main Blvd., Lake City, Florida.
