Richard Eddins, Sr.

Mr. Richard Fleming Eddins, Sr., age 81 of Glen St. Mary, FL passed away Friday, January 24 at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Eddins was born in North Carolina but has been a resident of Baker County, FL for over 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working on his land. Mr. Eddins is preceded in death by his parents, Lester Ralph and Ada Frances Eddins, and his wife, Caroline Eddins. He is survived by two sons, Richard Eddins and James Eddins both of Jacksonville, FL: one step son, Jimmy Hance (Gail) of Macclenny, FL: two daughters, Frances King (Charles) of Jacksonville, FL and Betty Eddins of Live Oak, FL: two brothers, Ralph Eddins (Helen) and Clark Eddins (Linda) both of Jacksonville, FL: three sisters, Carolyn Eddins, Alice Royall and Clara Boscia all of Jacksonville, FL. Eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren also survive. Memorialization will be by cremation.
