Roy "Shonn" Prevatt

Mr. Roy “ Shonn” DeShonn Prevatt, age 48, of Macclenny, FL passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 24 in his hometown. Shonn was born April 20, 1973 in Gainesville, FL to Patricia Anderson Prevatt. He was a long time employee of B & H Interiors and loved the Florida Gators, fishing, and being with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Mildred Prevatt and Uncle, Willie Prevatt. He is survived by his mother, Patricia (Robert) Anderson of Macclenny, FL: brother, Robert (Amy) Koon of Macclenny, FL: sister, Amie (Gus) Hernandez of Lake City, F: Aunt, Diane Prevatt: niece, Karter Koon: nephews, Carson, Cade, and Conley Koon: long time girlfriend, Michelle (Roz) Johnson and her grandson, Zi'Haiden Scaife. A funeral service to honor the life of Shonn will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, October 2 in the chapel of Guerry Funeral Home, with Elder David Crawford, officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. (one hour prior to the service). Interment will immediately follow the funeral service in North Prong Cemetery.
