Trista Michele Gibson

Miss Trista Michele Gibson, age 23, of Maccclenny, Florida died Tuesday, June 7, in the Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital, Macclenny, Florida. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida and resided in Macclenny, Florida all of her life. She was a student at Florida Gateway College, Lake City, Florida and was a graduate of Baker County High School Class of 2017, where she participated as a cheerleader and a member of the dance team. She attended the Christian Fellowship Church of Macclenny, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father, Dwayne Allen Gibson, her grandfather, Danny Lee Gibson and an uncle, David Lee Gibson. She is survived by her mother, Ashlei Wilkes of Macclenny, Florida; one sister, Ashlynn Mattox of Macclenny, Florida; two brothers, Kale Gibson of Macclenny, Florida and Blake Gibson of Winter Garden, Florida; her paternal grandmother, Barbara Gibson of Macclenny, Florida and her maternal grandmother, Bev Michele Strother of Macclenny, Florida. A funeral service to honor the life of Miss Gibson will be held at 12 P.M. Saturday, June 11, in the Christian Fellowship Temple with Rev. David Thomas, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Baker County, Florida. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M. (One hour before services).
