Mrs. Wynema Ratliff Bishop, age 86, of Lake City, Florida died Sunday, June 21, in the Suwannee Valley Care Center, Lake City, Florida following a long illness. Mrs. Bishop was born in Norman Park, Georgia and lived in Lake City and High Springs, Florida most of her life. She was a home maker and enjoyed attending and working with her church, The Voice of Deliverance Hope Ministries, Lake City, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Robert C. and Willie King Ratliff. She is survived by her daughter, Rosemary (Louis) Zapata of Fort White, Fla.: Four sons, Michael (Laura) O’Neail of Lake City, Fla., Terry O’Neail, Troy O’Neail and Charles (Sherry) O’Neail all of High Springs, Fla.: Thirteen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren also survived. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday in Memorial Cemetery, Lake City, Florida with Rev. Ricky Stone, Pastor of the Voice of Deliverance Hope Ministries, officiating.
