We were so sorry to hear about Mr. Joe Barber passing away. The Barber Family is in our prayers. Mr. Joe was a wonderful man. Uncle Joe was a wonderful and caring man. He helped my mom a lot all through my life up until her passing. I have many great memories with him. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to the Barber family.

Mr. Joe was always the same everytime you met him...kind, gentle, and always the gentleman...We were kin and I am proud to say that. He will be missed greatly by this community that he served well as a deputy for years..He was a friend to our family..my daddy and mama. It was my pleasure to have known him and his entire family. He and Mrs. Evelyn did a great job raising their children. We will surely see him again.

Prayers and condolences to Aunt Evelyn, Cousins Melissa and Gary and all the Barber family. Many happy memories with Uncle Joe and the family. He helped many people over the course of his life. He set a fine example to the community and he never turned his back on anyone in need. He was blessed with long life and an adoring family which he loved deeply. The true measure of a man lies not in his accomplishments, but in how well others think of him. Uncle Joe stands tall among those who were genuinely loved and admired in their lifetime.
