Mr. Juan Antonio Deya, age 41, of Glen St. Mary, FL passed away Wednesday, March 1, at his home. Mr. Deya resided in the Oakleaf area and moved to Baker County, FL seven years ago. Mr. Deya worked as an accountant for the Greenwood School, Jacksonville, FL and retired from the Air National Guard after 21 years of service. He was a craftsman and loved to work with his hands. Mr. Deya enjoyed being outdoors, loved spending time with his family, and was a member of Raiford Road Church, Macclenny, FL. He is preceded in death by his brother, Guillermo Miguel Deya. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Deya: his mother, Idalmy Martell of Puerto Rico: his father, Guillermo Deya of Puerto Rico: one son, Andrew Deya of Roswell, GA: four daughters, Adriana Deya of Roswell, GA, Liyah Hilley, Abril Nolasco and Zoe Deya, all of Glen St. Mary, FL: one sister, Graciela Deya of Puerto Rico. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service to honor the life of Mr. Deya will be held at 11 A.M., Monday, March 6, at Raiford Road Church, Macclenny, FL, with Pastor Johnny Raulerson officiating. Visitation and gathering with the family will be from 10 to 11 A.M. (one hour before services). Guerry Funeral Home, U.S. 90 E., Macclenny, FL is in charge of arrangements.
